SEMINAR INFORMATION

This half day seminar provides important information regarding maintaining compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Anyone responsible for environmental and/or health and safety compliance.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Sample of topics presented in the seminar include:

• A review of the RCRA regulations pertinent to small and large quantity generators;
• Evaluating of wastes to comply with RCRA regulations;
• Manifesting wastes;
• An update on OSHA regulations;
• An overview of process and treatment system changes in which notifications are required.

Please note that the RCRA portion of this workshop may fulfill part of your the annual RCRA training requirement (non-site-specific portion) depending on your Personnel Training Plan.  Site specific RCRA training requirements are not covered and remain the responsibility of the individual facility.
